Our Facility
Our facility, located in Little Rock, AR has been in operation since 1968.
TCB and its manufacturing facility are located at 5701 Murray Street, Little Rock,
AR in an industrial park.
The facility consists of approximately 200,000 square
feet of manufacturing, warehouse and office space and sits on a 40 acre site with
10 of these acres occupied by the facility. The facility has a dedicated computer
controlled Banbury Mixer, a computer controlled cold feed extruder, and numerous
curing presses from 36" wide to 60" wide.
TCB's factory has a total plant
capacity of 600,000 units per year, with an average monthly inventory of over
30,000 units. TCB has long-term experience with export shipments with an average
delivery time of 10 days (Just-In-Time shipments are also available).
Curing Bladder Specifics of our Facility
TCB has a Rubber Mixer that is 100% dedicated to bladder compounds. We have a
broad product line encompassing bias and radial tire applications including
the Bag-O-Matic, NRM/Autoform, and Krupp. TCB has a wide range of sizes for
optimum tire fitment with the ability to check and mark bladder run-out.
Tire Assembly Machine Specifics of our Facility
TCB's TAM division has six total building machines with three different
autoclaves available for use. There is also room for expansion to add
additional building stations and autoclaves if necessary. TCB also has two
platen presses available.
