Tire Curing Bladders
- TCB makes tire curing bladders for rim diameters from 4" to 54"
- TCB has thick and thin wall curing bladders, from 4.1 mm to 19.8 mm

TCB's bladders have a design that is innovative in that it is a thin-wall
bladder with a decreased cure time that adds value to the tire manufacturers
through their ability to cure tires faster. There are also 11 different styles
of venting/etching, which will create the subsequent design that you see on the
inside of a tire. Those designs range from vented with small pebble etching to
a smooth surface.
Tire Assembly Machine Parts
After TCB was formed, the TAM division began expansion from solely providing
tire assembly machine parts for Pirelli Tires and began to develop them for sale
to tire production facilities worldwide. After conducting research on different
tire cords and compound formulations, TCB finalized it's turn-up bladder design
in late 2005.

- TCB makes Belt Folding Bladders and Drum Expand Bladders
- TCB makes Belt & Tread Transfer Rings, Splice Press Air Bags, and Bead Sealing Rings
Regarding TCB's Turn-up Bladders in the TAM (Tire Assembly Machine) division,
TCB is experiencing much success with service life in the range of 28,000 to
35,000 tires per set of turn-up bladders.
Quality Control
Bladder Division Quality
Tire Curing Bladders, LLC has a state of the art quality control laboratory
including a Rubber Process Analyzer, and a Tensometer.
TCB also keeps their bladder gauge controlled and logged. A compound lot number is printed on
every box. A packer/inspector will verify the items are correct, the correct
quantity is packed, and will inspect the visual quality.
TAM Division Quality
TCB's TAM products have an extremely long service life resulting in fewer
bladder change outs with reduced cycle time on tire building machines.
Additionally the TAM Division also offers on-site technical service and
product design capabilities.
