Warranty Information
General Statement of Warranty Policy
Tire Curing Bladders, LLC warrants that all products supplied shall be free from
defects in material and workmanship and shall conform to the agreed specifications.
TCB makes no other warranties, either expressed or implied, including warranties of
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall TCB be liable
for any incidental or consequential damages.
General Policy Statement
The return of goods by the customer is permitted only with the written
authorization of Tire Curing Bladders, LLC (TCB) so that returns and
allowances are controlled, documented and promptly recorded. This also
ensures that applicable credits are issued to the customer. After appropriate
TCB approvals, a credit memo will be issued to the customer.
