ITEC Convention in September
Tire Curing Bladder, LLC is to mark its first appearance as a new company
formed from a management purchase of Pirelli Special Products Division at
ITEC 2006 in Akron, OH. The company has previously appeared at ITEC under the Pirelli
name since 1996. TCB will exhibit samples of its tire curing bladders and
tire assembly machines parts, including its new turn-up bladders, at Booth
328 during the ITEC Convention of September 12th, 13th, & 14th.
TAM Products Division Certification
In early August of 2006 Tire Curing Bladders, LLC of Little Rock, AR added
its TAM (Tire Assembly Machine) Products Division to its existing ISO 9001-2000
Certification. The ISO Auditor from SGS found that the TAM Products Division
was operating within the ISO 9001-2000 Standard. This current ISO 9001-2000
certificate will be good for the entire Tire Curing Bladders, LLC facility
until 2009.
Recent Expansion
The Tire Assembly Machine Parts division of Tire Curing Bladders, LLC
recently expanded our offering of turn-up bladders that includes a full
range of NRM-style turn-up bladders. We are expanding on our selection of
turn-up bladders by developing bladders for PB/114-style, TA KU-style, TBR
style and VMI-style tire building machines. Currently the TAM division of
TCB supplies a wide selection of bead sealing rings, belt and tread drum
expand bladders, belt and tread transfer ring bladders, belt folding bladders
and splice press air bags.
